How does the 30-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you instantly get access to our fully-loaded plan for 30 days. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.

Is my data safe?

At Zeki CRM, we take data security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world-class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up-to-date with the latest security patches.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can. Zeki CRM is a pay-as-you-go service so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. We do not have cancellation fees. But if you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month.

What types of payment do you accept?

1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay Credit / Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards / Wallets, & Netbanking.
2. We accept MasterCard & Visa Credit / Debit Cards for Internaltional transactions.
3. We accept offline payments (wire transfers) for Annual billing cycles.
4. We accept check payments in Rs currency and this applies only for Indian customers.

What is Call & Call Recording

You can integrate 3rd party calling service like Ameyo with Zeki CRM to make calls directly from the system and listen to all the calls from the system directly.
